Lead Web Designer & Developer
Eddie leads the design and technical execution of web projects at Raincross, translating strategy and creative direction into functional digital experiences while overseeing development, CMS implementation, ecommerce, performance, integrations, and ongoing website improvements.
Eddie Mangla is the Lead Web Designer & Developer at Raincross, helping turn strategy, content, and creative direction into websites that are designed to perform as well as they look.
His work spans the full lifecycle of a website, from early design and technical planning through development, content management systems, integrations, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement. Eddie works closely with the broader Raincross team to translate business requirements into digital experiences that are intuitive for users and practical for the organizations responsible for managing them.
Eddie's experience spans WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Webflow, Squarespace, Figma, and other modern web technologies. Rather than treating a platform as the strategy, he focuses on selecting and implementing technology around the requirements of the project, including content management, ecommerce, integrations, performance, accessibility, maintainability, and long-term flexibility.
At Raincross, Eddie also plays an important role after a website launches. He works across website maintenance, technical troubleshooting, platform updates, integrations, performance improvements, and the ongoing development work required as client websites evolve.
His role increasingly intersects with search visibility, analytics, structured data, and AI-era web requirements as the technical foundation of a website becomes more important to how information is discovered and understood. Eddie works with Raincross's strategy, visibility, analytics, and creative teams to make sure those requirements are reflected in the underlying website rather than treated as an afterthought.
Originally from San Diego, Eddie brings a combination of design judgment and technical problem-solving to his work, bridging the space between how a website should communicate and how it needs to function.
